Ideal Support/Integration Engineer is expected to:
+ Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in software development or IT Management related field
+ Have at least 5 years experience as client support engineer (Software Level 1 or 2) serving US clients
+ Excellent written and spoken English (Fluency expected)
+ Work closely with developers and testers to follow-up on behalf of clients
+ Demonstrate skills using ticketing systems and various software tools
+ Demonstrate working knowledge of OOPS using .NET/C#
+ Work in US shift (8.30a to 5.30p EST) Monday to Friday
+ Comfortable working remotely and with teams in different time zones
